But when I am doing manually I don't need to put any column in value field. Here I don't need any sum or count information, I want the grouping and later I want to copy and paste that pivot table into other new sheet.

This process worked when I do it manully, but now in macro it's not working.
Can you please let me know why?

With reference to your Names Classes and Groups can you describe what you expect to see in your pivot table, and perhaps upload the workbook with the PT manually populated with data.

Please check the attached excel sheet where I didn't enter anything in values field of Pivot table.
