A Form to do many things

Hi Guys, sorry for the mysterious title but I could really simplify this one.

I Have a form with four textboxes on it. This form will be used to add contact information to 4 sheets at once.

    Task One:
sheet1, sheet2 and sheet3 are all arranged in the same way. The contact names (which will be entered into textbox1 on the form) are stored on row3 starting in column B. There is a gap of three columns between each name. Example: the first name is in B3, second in F3, third in J3 and so on...

Following this pattern the code must find the next availiable spot on each of the three sheets and enter the value of textbox one (which will be the contact name).

    Task Two:
Under the names on Sheet1,2 and 3 are four headings that will need to be entered at the same time as the name, these will not be entered into a textbox, these are the same for every name. Example: If the name was in B3....Then "a" would be put into B4, "b" would be put into C4, "c" would be put into D4 and "d" would be put into E4.

    Task Three:
I have a fourth sheet. This is where the values from the other textboxes on the form need to be put. Column A stores names (starting at A14), textbox1 will be for adding contact names. Column B is the second textbox, C is the third and D is the fourth. The code needs to find the next empty space and enter the data from each of the textboxes.

    Task Four...Final.
Now this is the hard part. In Column K on the Fourth sheet, next to each Contact record is a formula. this formula counts How many times data has been entered onto sheet1 under the "a" heading for this record...example...=Count('Sheet1'!B5:B1000). ColumnL is the same but for the "d" heading in sheet1. This is repeated in Columns M and N for Sheet2 and O and P for sheet3. Obvoiusly if the users uses the form to enter a new contact then these formulas will be missing for that record. Is there a way of having the correct formulas for the new record entered automatically?

Any help on these tasks would be much appreciated. I realise that this is a pretty hard one to figure out so even if you can only help with some of the tasks then please do because I dont really know where to start.

    Thanks
