copy data/results into correct cell in different worksheet

This is my first post. I would like to know how to do two things with this file.
First of all, I would like to "backfill" the blanks in the yellow sections with the exact data from the cells above (highlighted in yellow). I realize this involves some sort of macro, but I am having no luck in recording one and reusing it. Also, if I just copy and drag down, the numbers increase by one 101,102, etc.).
Secondly, I would like to have the "results" from the first two worksheets automatically load into the third worksheet, in the correct columns (see blue and purple highlighting please) including the data from the yellow cells, and be able to add to this over the season with additional horses, riders, and scores. Any help is most definitely appreciated! Thank you.

With your data set up like that you can't use features like AutoFilter,etc.correctly. Your tableof data should have a row of headers,but no sub headers like yours

Thanks RoyUK - I am happy to lose the sub-headers, but they came up as a result of the subtotal command. How can I get the subtotals calculated on the first two tabs, without the sub-headers, and then have then work toward automating the paste to the final report worksheet?

I have added an updated file without the sub-categories. Please help me figure out how to subtotal each division score, for each horse, and then post it in the correct column beside the correct horse in the 3rd worksheet. I hope the color coding will make it clear where I would like things to go!! thank you!
