    Enable macro in Windows 7

    Hi,

I have just installed Windows 7 on my new laptop. I opened an Excel file (version 2007) and try to run a macro. I get an error message saying that macros are disabled due to security settings. I opened the trust center and set the macro settings to enable all macros. I closed the file (after saving the settings) and reopen - the same error occurs when I try to run the macro.
Is there another thing that needs to be done specifically for Windows 7? The original file was developed under Windows XP Excel 2007.
Please help! Nothing that I tried worked for me. I even uninstalled Office and reinstalled it again - but I cannot make the macro work!

If you close and reopen Excel and check the Trust Center, what are the macro settings now set to?

Well, I don't know why and how, but now the macros are working...
