Copying column w/ VBA takes forever

The workbook has two sheets, "user" and "analysis". I have this code in a button sub:

It takes 30-40 sec for the change to happen. There are about 500 rows in the sheets, nothing crazy. Any way to make it instantaneous? Thanks everyone!

Try limiting the range rather than specifying all 1 million rows !
