i have tried to do that but failed,if i want to delete thse data, i shall press the button ( clean) only.

1- transfer data from ( main ) sheet to (12) sheets by (trans.) button without clearing them.
2- after transferring the data ,i want the code (to clear) the data mentioned in range (b5:i5000) only for all (12) sheets ,because i need to use the residual range for my statistics .

This doesn't seem to make sense so obviously I'm missing something.
If you transfer the relevant rows from your monthly data on your main sheet to one or other of the 12 monthly sheets in columns B:I, why would you then want to clear out the data in the sheets? If you do that your formulae in columns M & O will have no data to work with.
Can we take a step back though. The essential task seems to be to produce an analysis by Agent by month of Sales values and numbers of Invoices. Why then don't you just filter the Main Sheet? Or if you want to see a permanent analysis just have a summary table to the right of the main data with Agents and Months as the row or column labels with Sales and Invoices as a sub labels. In fact a Pivot Table would seem the obvious solution and in the process give you a lot more flexibility.

Dear sir,i dont want to clear out any data from main or 12 sheets,the code will do that after transferring,if you have a look at the sheet (1) ,i have some formulas in (m,o) columns,after transferring these formulas ( which i need them for my statistics) will delete.

The only code which deletes stuff is in the 'TransferData' sub. i.e.
Delete this section. The other code which deletes anything is the 'Clean' sub in Module 2. If you don't want this to run and delete data then don't run it.Please Login or Register to view this content.
