    Sending Personalised Email from excel

    Hi All,

I have a list of recipients in an excel sheet with Column A is Recipient's Name, Column B is email address and Column C is their Balance that I'd like to communicate.

I came accross to the following code in here

this code is doing exactly what I want but is limited to 255 characters, i have a large mail message template that I want to send to the each recipient but I couldn't figure out how to increase this 255 character limitation.

I am using Lotus Notes as my mail client. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

why don't you try a plain vanilla Word mail merge into email. Use Excel as the data source. The mail merge wizard takes you through it step by step, no macros required, no restrictions on text length.

    Thanks for your reply Teylyn,

Mail merge is great if I had outlook as my mail client but unfortunately we are using Lotus Notes.

    Thanks again
