VBA to change Linked Workbook Source

Is there a way to change the Linked Workbook Source with VBA.

All Linked workbooks are in the same folder and they need to be redirected a different folder. The Paths are identical except the one folder name

    Old Source
    D:\FolderLevel1\FolderLevel2\MyFolder1\Workbook1.xls
    New Source
    D:\FolderLevel1\FolderLevel2\MyFolder2\Workbook1.xls
