    Lightbulb VB Books?

    Hi all,

I'm trying to teach myself Excel / macros / VB etc and wondered if anyone could recommend a good book for beginners. I was looking at the '... for Dummies' range and I would definately fit into that catefory.

Also, I've been looking on http://www.visualbasicbooks.com/ and I can see loads of books but I don't really know which one I need? Do I need one for VBA or VB or VB.NET cause I'm not really sure of the differences between them?

All I want to do is spreadsheet in Excel with UserForms & macros etc.

    Many thanks in advance.

(Sorry if this post isn't in the correct forum too).

Excel use VBA so that would be what you want, probably one by John Walkenbach to get started
    Hope that helps.
