Question USER FORM - Returning the values

    Hello!!

I have created a user form to enter certian values in certan cells in a workbook. But I would like to add two more functions to my user form. I would like to set a user form to do a search for a certian value and then to fill all other text boxes with appropriate values. Also I would like to be able to modify fileds.

For Example, prefered trigger is Account number, so if i enter account nuber in text box and click search, I wold like to have returned values connected with this account number or if I press modify i would like to change certian field based on entered account number.

I must tell you I'm not an expert in VBA, this user form was downloaded and I done some changes on it.

In attach you can find this user from, I would appriciate if somebody can help me to add those two functions.

    Thanks in advance
    Milan

    Dear Tony,

Thanks for helping me with my work. Hope you can help me with just one more thing.

Is it possible to add comand button to export data based on selected sales territory?

For example if KZ2 is selected, I want to press "export button" to get extract of all KZ2 data from database in xls. or in pdf.

Hope you have a solution for this.

    Cheers,
    Milan

    Hi,

to show your appreciation don't forget to press on the "scales" icon on the date line in this thread. The scales are on the right hand side of the dateline next to the red triangle.

I'll have a look but not today

    Tony,

One more thing, can you change Customer Name from text box into CombBox. And if one territory is selected to get values of customers into dropdown list.

Once again a big thanks to you.
