converting a column of text to column of hyperlinks

I am attaching a sample file of which I need to change to hyperlinks. I am taking the compiled data on Sheet1 and transferring it to Sheet2 but wish to be able to make them all hyperlinks. In the 'non-functional' macro below

, I need to be able to change the date which is currently viewed as 022510. Maybe I am close, maybe I am clueless. I can get it to display, just not as a hyperlink.
