Seeking help on a task I’m trying to complete.

I have figures supplied on a monthly basis from 40 different teams which I need to present in a graphical form. I have set up a macro to copy all this data from the different input files into one master spreadsheet and to populate a simple column chart – 1 column for each team. So far so good.

I then have to highlight 2 of the columns representing the Head Office Dept and the Overall Average in the chart with different colours for each month which I currently do as a manual process, and naturally those figures will change each month and their position on the chart will likewise change.

I’d like to know if it is possible to automatically “find” these 2 teams wherever they are in the chart and change their column colour each month. If so can you talk me through how to do this please?
