Macro to create workbooks with key field name and automatic email

    Hello,

Can someone help me a macro. I have a huge file (sample attached) which contains the travel details per entity, with the cost centres. I need to email the cost to the cost centre owners only their costs, who are different people for entity/cost centre. This i need to do month on month basis

Can I be able to with a help of a macro create a separate workbook in a folder per entity/cost-centre by the name of the entity/cost-centre and then be able to email them automatically with a macro be able to lookup an excel sheet having cost centre owner email IDs vis-a-vis entity/cost centre and email it from my enterprise outlook email?

So my requirements with respect to a macro is:
    1. to create separate workbooks in a folder per entity/cost centre with name of entity/cost-centre
    2. to be able to email with my Outlook looking up an excel sheet having email ids per entity/cost-centre the right workbook to that cost-centre owner.

Thanks you for your help and inputs.

    Hi Su_nil,

Do you need to update the seperate workbooks every month or will they be new workbooks every month?

Try this, I had to do something similar so I have changed a bit of code, there may be more efficient ways of doing it, but it should work

I have uploaded a copy of your spreadsheet with the code in, I have put a lot of comments in because there will be some bits you need to chage for your set up.

Any questions feel free to come back
