Counter changes value n the middle of the process

Without seeing your code, there's not much anyone can do.

i have this select statement:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

then it will go to this another select statement

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

for the first run it goes well
but on the second run, the value of the loadrowctr changes in the middle of the process
while placing the value in the txtboxes and cmbboxes, thus giving me an error
