Auto insert images from directory worked in 2003 not in 2007

Concept:
Look in directory for *.jpeg count number of images and enter into worksheet column B, one image per cell, so auto increment row and set cell size.

Issue: The script works in excel 2003, however in 2007 the cell size auto increment works and the images are loaded but all images are on top of one another and out of position showing between column A and B and between rows 1 and 2

I use two classes for the directory search.

Where am I going wrong with 2007?
