First, edit that post above and change the QUOTE tags to CODE tags as per forum rules.
Second, you appear to be trying to unprotect the same sheet over and over again, yet refer to ranges of cells. Are you actually just trying to unlock certain cells only? If so you don't unlock the sheet for that, you simply change the LOCKED status of those cells.
In this code, we don't unlock the sheet, we simply give the macro permission to change the LOCKED status of those particular cells while remaining locked. We also check to make sure the correct password was entered.
