    Vlookup how does it work

    Hi all really could do with some help

    I’m trying to make a time sheet for my work which makes my life so much easier
    Basically i want to type in a item code in a cell which then puts into another cell the Description of work then another cell the price then hopefully the quantity which then adds it all up, is this possible

    ive got the time sheet on one tag then the work rates on the next tab

    Please help
