Cells create new tab that is a copy of a different file.

I need to set a specific column on Sheet1 that whenever a cell on that column is filled it creates a new sheet and the filled cell instantly hyperlinks to the new sheet. The new sheet needs to be a copy of the first sheet on File.xls with all macros & hyperlinks copied aswell. but if File.xls is changed, the new sheets previously created should NOT change, only new sheets

how would i do this?

We have many ideas, all of which are possible!

But to better understand your urgent problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,

You would do best to post a sample workbook showing Before and After.

It should clearly illustrate your problem and not contain any sensitive data.

Ok, if you see the attachments,on File column A needs to be set in some way so that everything that is added to that specific column works in the same way it is now.
but, whenever a new sheet is created by adding something to a cell in column A, that new sheet shuold be a working copy of File1.
