making one monthly report file from several daily report file

dear forum,
I am just new using excel and macro. Please guide me to solve my problem for making monthly report. usually it takes me several hours just to generate a monthly report from the daily report.
I got daily report from the finance departement and it containes data for expense and earning for 1 person in 1 worksheet.
I just made example that there are 3 people in our departement and, Robin, Carol, and Jacob.

everyday I have to compile the data from the daily report to make a monthly report. On the monthly report, each person has his own worksheets. i have to choose the data from daily report and search the name and enter manually the numbers.

The first attempt for you should be to open all your files, and turn on the macro recorder ...
to go through your routine once from A to Z ...
Then you will see how the macro has been coded in VBA ...
