Move the Command Button Around

Someone made me this macro to split a string of dates into different cells.

However the actual document has thousands of rows, as i scroll down, the split butto stays at row 9.

How can i make the button move down as i scroll down, or even make the button draggable so the button doesn't block the text.

Without opening your workbook:

Increase the row height of row 1 to accommodate the button. Move the button to row 1, then freeze panes at row 2
