Listbox using a dynamic range name - now not dynamic

Hi Folks,

I have built a spreadsheet in Excel 2007 that plays with some data then builds two emails and sends them to an individual selected from a drop down list on sheet one.
Studying up from here I learnt that I could use a Dynamic Range for my Listbox and I could then add or remove names at will and the listbox would grow and shrink automatically.

I'm using the following code for the Listbox name

It now appears that the list is limited to 35 entries, is this an Excel limit or is this an error on my part?
In either case, I am unsure on how to rectify the issue.
With my need to allow additions and removals is this type of listbox the best one for me to use?

=OFFSET(Sales_Reps!$A34,0,0,MATCH("*",Sales_Reps!$A$34:$A$5300,-1),1)
