Filtering Groups of 3 Rows based on a column

I am kind of new to this, but is there anyway way I can use autofilter to filer groups of three rows based on the value of one column.

My data is setup like this

This goes on for about 1000 rows, what I would like to do is filter by supervisor but have the Cert# and Expiry remain

I realize that this could have been setup to better accommodate what I like but it was imported from another file so I have to work with what I got

Any help would be appreciated, and again I am kind of new so go slow if possible

You'd be better off filling the blanks in column C - presumably the supervisor values vary? There's quite an easy way to do this.
