    Ensure userform fields are complete

    Hi,

I'm new to this forum and new to VBA. I was looking for suggestions on the best way to learn - books, websites etc... - and your suggestions on which are the best or very informative and easy to obtain.

Another question. And in a user form how could I not let the information be submitted until all fields are completed?

    Thanks in advance.

    Good afternoon pkling

I have a template available that does exactly what you require. It stores a list of users and passwords, and which sheets are to be accessed by which users. You, as administrator, can see all worksheets and control which sheets users can access.

The security on this isn't 100%, as we are using Excel, which by its very nature is not completely secure, but it should keep out most nosey parkers.

All the code is unprotected, so you can pick it apart and see exactly how it works.

If you would like a copy of this template, then please PM me your e-mail address.

I'm still looking for help on ensuring that all userform fields are complete before the information may be submitted. And also looking for advice on how best to learn to code...
