Copy visible cells macro not working

I have a macro that I can't find a problem with, but it's not working. It's supposed to filter on one sheet, and IF there are results, copy them AND the header row to another sheet (all in the same WBK). If there are no results it's supposed to paste a statement to that effect.

What it's doing is, if there ARE results it's copying ONLY the header row, and if there aren't results it's still copying the header row.

Help would be appreciated.
