hi again everyone

i have a workbook containing around 40 worksheets.
This was based on a monthly spreadsheet called "ScorecardMMYY.xls" which was about 35 worksheets which are called the same every month but the data changes.
where MM stands for Month and YY for the year, eg: 0310 would be March 2010.

A number of the worksheets contain lookups which reference the data worksheets and produce graphs accordingly.
I have saved this workbook as Master.xls

Now, every month a new workbook is produced with a new set of data. I will be copying this file into the directory the Master.xls spreadsheet resides in and renaming it "ScorecardToCopy.xls".

Is it possible to select the ScorecadToCopy.xls spreadsheet and copy across each worksheet from that file and overwrite the worksheets in the Master.xls workbook if the worksheet exists, and it is doesnt to write it anyway.
The idea for doing this is that the links will stay the same everymonth and the user wont need to rename any formula.
