Ensure userform fields are complete

Hi,

I'm new to this forum and new to VBA. I was looking for suggestions on the best way to learn - books, websites etc... - and your suggestions on which are the best or very informative and easy to obtain.

Another question. And in a user form how could I not let the information be submitted until all fields are completed?
