Userform Coding

Hi

I have recently created a user form with 5 different text boxes(which match 5 different collums in a hidden sheet) and a command button.

Essentialy when a value is entered in one of the text boxes, I want to click the command button and it to search the hidden worksheet(filled with data) and bring up any matching data in a blank sheet.

Could anybody help me with this?
