Use the spin button to change value in textbox?

I would like to create a form with something like the "Number of copies" section in the Print dialog box.

Is the Spin button used for this? If so, can you get me started with this?

I attached an example workbook. The form has a textbox and a spin button. I would like to use the spin button to change the value in the textbox if this is possible.
