    Adding rows from external workbook and deleting rows from current workbook.

    I have a presentation that has charts reading from a workbook. This workbook has 24 rows (row 4 to 27 inclusive) of data that is read by the charts in the presentation.
    Our stock manager adds 4 rows of data to this current workbook that are copied from another larger workbook to the bottom of the current data then manually deletes the top 4 rows (rows 4 to 7) to continually leave 24 rows.
    Is there a way to automate this process somehow? I am not in anyway talented in the use of VBA and have only managed to to basic code to delete the 4 rows. I have attached the workbook that the presentation reads from to give you a brief idea. Many thanks for your help.
