I am working on a tool to be used by employees in the field. My vision is this:

On the "Business Unit" tab, there is a master chart to list all the BU's. The employee enters the names of the client's BU's - for example, assume the client has 4 BU's (Sales, Marketing, Production and Distribution). The employee enters each of the four BU names into the chart, and a seperate tab is generated for each. The tabs would be identical (with different names) and have a template list of questions.

Any ideas? Is this possible? Thanks!
