Send email via Lotus Notes

Hi,

I need a help on the lotus code,Attached is the .xls file in which there is three sheet tab

1- Outsoucing
2- Band-2
2- Band-3

Daily Mannul Step - Here the steps which i daily do the manually on which i need ur help to automate
the steps

Steps There are around 2000 email in column C of sheet ab name"Outsourcing" id on which i need to mannually send the Email

on each day i come to the sheet Outsourcing then i check the Band column for ex for the name "AA" THE Band is "Band-2" as the Band

is "Band-2" i go the sheet tab Band-2 i type the name "AA" in cell B2
then again i go to the sheet tab " Outsourcing" and copy the date starting from cell f2 to q2 and paste
them on the sheet tab "Band-2" in cell C11 TO C22 and then copy the entire sheet content and paste to the
Lotus note body and send to the email id of name mentioned in column c


The same step i repeated if the Band is Band-3

Please help how i can automate the process
