Excel VBA sequence of numbers help please

Hi I hope someone can help me as I am a novice at this VBA business!!
I need a macro that when the button is clicked a number is populated in a new sheet with the name of the original sheet next to it - so if the sheet with the button is called BLAH then when the button is clicked the word BLAH and number 1 or the next in the sequence will appear in a new sheet then if that button is pressed again the word BLAH and the next number will appear in that same new sheet under the first one.....sorry if not described well, hope someone can help me!! Thanks!!
