    Making a GETPIVOTDATA formula dynamic (different spreadsheets used)

    Hello,

    I got the following code by recording a macro which fills a cell in a table, using a cell located in another worksheet, within a pivot table.

    "=GETPIVOTDATA(""No of Tickets"",'[First Level Resolution.csv]IPVPN 1st Level'!R12C3)"

    I need to convert the R12C3 to a dynamic cell and have located that cell dynamically and set it as x.

    Any ideas as to how I can change the formula to use x instead of R12C3? Have tried different options with no luck.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Is x a Range object or its address?

    Hi,

    I think it's a cell address, but not 100%. Here's the code I'm using to get the address which has worked successfully in other instances.

    Sry just said x in the beginning to make things simpler. Have actually set it as TTLIncCell and that's what I was trying to replace RC with.

    Many thanks for that!

    Could be here all night trying combinations and wouldn't have gotten it.
