    Med Scheduler

I need to make a scheduler for several different meds, some of which are
some are scheduled at regular times and several of which are scheduled every 2 hrs or maybe scheduled or PRN every 4 hours. If I missed a non-scheduled med I would like to enter the actual time it was taken and the spreadsheet would automatically update the times for the rest of the day. Would like it in 24 hr time format. Thanks for any help or pointing me in right direction.

    Re: Med Scheduler

    Hello Ken,

    Welcome to the Forum!

The attached workbook should help you get started. There are 5 columns: Medication, Amount, Frequency, Time Taken, and Next Dose Due. The worksheet is protected, but without a password. This is prevent overwriting the formulae.

The dosage frequencies are shown in a drop down validation list. These are standard medical abbreviations. "Sheet2" holds the information. If you change this information you will need to change the named ranges: Dosage_Abbreviations, Dosage_Info, Hours. If you have any questions, or want to change something, let me know.
