Easy formula to drag down for the whole column

Hi, anyone can help me with a formula so that when i drag down from cell D7, it will get the data from the 3 data cells below. Right now it will jump 3 numbers when i drag down eg. =F25, =D25, =E25, =F28, =D28, =E28. i need it to become: =F25, =D25, =E25, =F26, =D26, =E26.
