Copy rows to a sheet based on criteria

Hi Guys,

Im new to VBA and im having a bit of trouble with this problem. I have searched all other threads and nothing seems to fit.

I have a workbook with lots of sheets and i want to copy rows to sheet1 if they have NO selected from a drop down menu in column K. I also want this to happen automatically when i open the workbook.

what is the main sheet name where cells in column K has drop down boxes . When you say
" if they have NO selected from a drop down menu in column K" you mean some cells in column K in the main sheet is blank. why not autofilter for blanks in columnK in main sheet and copy visible cells to sheet1. thinks on those lines.
if possible give a small extract of main sheet.

There are no blank cells in column K - they either read Yes or No.

I have attached a sample workbook and I want all rows that say no in the invoicing sheets to be copied to 'overdue payments'. So in over words i want all the payments from all months that havent been paid to be pasted into the overdue payments worksheet
