Save bulk letters and then print them off all together

    Hi guys

I have developed a project in excel as a frontend and access as a backend. Now the data gets transferred from access database to excel sheet in letter format once the user press Enter button and that letter gets printed off.

Is it possible when the user press Enter button then the letter gets saved in a queue and next time when user press Enter then next letter should be saved in a queue. When the user press Print after saving suppose 10 letters in the queue then all of the 10 letters should be printed off all together.

As earlier when one letter printoff then user go and collect that letter from printer and then do other letter and so on. I want to save all the letters and then print them all together.

Can anyone please help me out?

    Thanks
    Aman
