Append text from a cell in email hyperlink

Hello

I want to include hyperlink in a cell to send mail. In the subject of the email, the product version should be picked form a cell I2 on the sheet.

I tried by using following formula in cell A4 of attached file.

In this option, the entire cell gets the same format.

But, I would like only the email address to be seen as hyperlink and the second line to be in smaller font. (as seen in cell A9 of same sheet).

How can I change the above formula to make the look and feel of cell A4 similar to A9?
(I am also open to use a macro for this.)

Pl. hover over both the cells to loook at the subject of email generated in each case. I can embed version no. in first case (cell A4) , but don't know how to do it in second case (cell A9).

So, any of following will work for me:-
a) change the above formula to make the look and feel of cell A4 similar to A9?
b) embed version no. from cell I2 in cell A9

Can someone suggest a solution?
