Picking data from a large worksheet

How can I write a formula that selected a value in a column, when to other criterias for that row is fulfilled?

I’m having a large chart consisting of 255collums*13500rows. I need to carry out several calculations from the sheet in another sheet. The sheet is connected to a SQL database and is updated every 30 minutes.

My criteria’s is;
When the value is the NAME columns = PersonName1 AND value in Voyage = 2010-3 the corresponding values from f_value1 & F_value2 need to be summed up.

But the values in the Voyage collum changes so the selection (e.g. a dropdown) need to be dynamic.
