Flight Crew Scheduling Worksheet

I am trying to make a worksheet to schedule crews with aircraft. We have 30 different planes, 14 different types, 50 pilots and they all fly 2 different types.

Im trying to make a tool that when you select a plane you will have options to select a pilot qualified in that type as a Captain and a pilot qualified in that type as first officer.

Also when a pilot is selected in one aircraft I want to remove him/her from the list to fly other planes that day. How can I make a drop down list that removes options when selected elsewhere?

Any ideas? Please help!

Then you could try the sample workbook attached, it's not perfect, but could be a starting point
