Copying adjacent cells in a particular order

Hi all, i'm working with excel files that contains 2000 rows and 40 columns etc... I've to arrange it in particular order. Please see the picture below..

For example, if my main sheet is like this..

I've to obtain it like below

That is, what happend was.

adjacent two column elements are copied to the bottom of first row, the next row, so on..

Please help somebody..i got some 12 files in total each of which having elements in the order 2000*40 or more...
