Copying data from one cell dependant on value in another

Hi,

I have a table that has various columns in and I want to be able to copy data in one column, depending on the value of another colum into the a different sheet. I have attached a sample spreadsheet of what I want to do.

So for example in the table on the tab data, I want to be able to copy all of the codes in column H that that correspond to the code AUS in column G into another sheet called Code in cell B3, which I have named AUS.

There are few countries that I need to do this for, so for anyhting in column G that is GRE, I want to copy the values in column H for all GRE to the code tab and cell D3 whcih I have named GRE.

Any help would be much appreciated.
