Embed Form into Worksheet

Possibly a quick answer, I've done a search with no real results, if there a way to embed a user form into the worksheet of my workbook? I know you can Insert form controls and active X controls, but I was curious if you could actually insert an entire form.

(this is meant to that it is part of the worksheet, possibly to allow the update of cells and graphs around it without having to unload the form first)
