Copy & Paste Cells to another workbook

Hi,

I'd like to have a macro in one workbook that copies the values of a range of cells (C7:K700), and pastes those cells into another workbook (register.xls) on a worksheet called 'List of Lessons' (cell locations A7:K700)

I've had a good scout around but i couldnt quite get what i wanted to work Could anyone help?
