Macros need to run consecutively and adding to them

I have (by trial and error) managed to write the first part of a Macro. I then proceeded to a second part, but although both parts appear in the Macros, either the first runs or the second - neither will run consequtively both parts.
I also need help with adding more parts (these steps are stated on the attached spreadsheet).
