Copy contents of a cell into the comments of another cell

Hi,

I have a worksheet with ~3000 rows in. I need to copy the contents of a cell into the comments of another cell. For example, in Column F I have some help text that I would like to move into the comments of Column B. Is there a way to do this in a Macro?

Any help would be very greatly appreciated...

Thanks Dave,

That is a great soloution! Although it doesn't copy the comments over if there is a number in the row and if there is a blank box it copies over a blank comment. Is there anyway to make it copy over digits and text but not create a comment if the cell is blank?
