Switching Ink On or Off

I was wondering if there is a VBA code which will work for switching the ink on or off within every worksheet in Microsoft Excel 2010. Anybody know?

No, I'm referring to the ink setting which allows you to draw on worksheets. I use my graphics tablet to write notes on the worksheets, that's why it would be nice to have a button which turns it on or off.
