Is there anyway I can type in a cell say Jan11 (for January 2011) and get exce; to instead returnthe third wednesday of that year in a format like 22-Jan-2011 ?

Is there anyway I can type in a cell say Jan11 (for January 2011) and get exce; to instead returnthe third wednesday of that year in a format like 22-Jan-2011 ?
Normally if you type in Jan11 or similar the cell will default to 1st of that month (although it displays like Jan-11) so if you have 1st of the month in A1 you can get third wed with this formula in B1
=A1+21-WEEKDAY(A1+3)
format in required date format
