concatenate rows with columns based on conditional formatting in VBA?

Hi, i need a macro that concatenates a spreadsheet i have set up like this.

    \1

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Every row can have different amount of "colors" and each column can also have different amount of "sizes"

I need the macro to concatenate

    A1 + C1 + A2 +B2 + C2 so that final result would be C14202_XSML_001-BLACK_3
i would need this done for each of the sizes, with each of the colors and each of the quantity values. The values in bold have to be matched with each of the values not in bold.

    final result should be:

    C14202_XSML_001-BLACK_3
    C14202_SML_001-BLACK_10
    C14202_MED_001-BLACK_7
    C14202_LGE_001-BLACK_12
    C14202_XLGE_001-BLACK_8
    C14202_XSML_002-WHITE_0
    C14202_SML_002-WHITE_-1

    and so on.

Once the formatting changes to "BOLD" i would need the macro to start again with the new item code and repeat the process.

If someone can please help me with this i'd greatly appreciate it, this is my first excel macro i have used so if you could give me the complete module code it would really help.

Letting you know that I have asked Roy if your title change is adequate. I can get in trouble if I reply. You can send him a Private Message yourself asking him how to modify your title better. Just click on his name in the upper left corner of his message and select "Send a Private Message to ...."
