Copy data to a different sheets based on date

Hello all
Im Learing VBA, i did try to find info in regards with what im trying to achive
but im unsucessful, could someone out there please help me out
Im trying to write a macro
i have Sheets named
Sheet,High,Med,Low,and data

Sheet contains info such as a date and Complexity of the project
depending upon the complexity given(High,Med or low) it should go to Eaither High/Low/or Med Sheets
and extract data based on start date and end date given in the Mastersheet
